Led a team in building a mobile app with a bluetooth communication layer in React Native. This app is used to configure airco's within hotels and other commercial buildings.

Next to project work, I was responsible for training, hiring and generally improving the React (web and native) skills within all teams of the company. Also, estimating new projects and helping the sales team with technical questions was part of my job.
