The project consisted in the enhancement of the customer on-boarding identification, acceptance and follow-up (review of acceptance) processes, integrated in the employee channel application. This process was initiated on demand of the FSMA regulator.

The new system is in a continue interaction with a documentation based workflow tool (reminder issuing, routing for hierarchical approval, scanning of evidence documents).
